Kausani is a beautiful hill station which has a very pleasant climate. The summers are warm in the morning and pleasant in the evenings. The temperatures in summer vary between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius. The winters are cold and sunny during the daytime while the nights are very cold with temperatures falling below 0 degrees Celsius.
Snowfall is a common phenomenon during the winters and the cold can be pretty severe as well. As far as rainfall is concerned, the monsoon season starts in the month of June and lasts till August. The rainfall can be very heavy here.
